First year: Oral tests


Let me remind you what you need to know for the oral tests next week:

- Personal details: name, surname, age, telephone number, nationalities, address, email address, marital status, job


- Questions about personal details:

What's your name?
What's your surname/family name?
How old are you?
What's your phone number?
Where are you from?
What's your address?
What's your email address?
Are you married?
Are you single?
What do you do?
What's your job?


- Express those details in the 3rd person singular.

- Asking for a drink

- Talk about activities using the simple present. Remember to use -s in the 3rd person singular

- Ask about somebody's activities:

Where do you live?
Do you have a car?
What languages do you speak?
Do you smoke?
What music do you like?
What TV programmes do you like/watch?
What food do you like?
What sports do you play?

- Talk about your job

- Talk about your family. Remember to use possessive 's

- Check in at a hotel.
